Open the file that appears at the bottom of the screen. When it asks

Yes

Click
Next

Click
Standard
and check
Use Thunderbird as my default mail application
, then click
Next
.
Click
Install
.
Click
Finish
.
Click
Set as Default
.
Click
Skip this and use my existing email
.
Enter your name, email address, and that email account's password, and click
Continue
.
Select
IMAP (remote folder)
and click
Done
.
Click
OK
