Fill out the basic information and click on "Sign up".
Choose a unique username, something associated with your brand name, then click "Next".
You'll have to pass through several screens of suggestions before arriving on your timeline. Make sure that you confirm your email address, and Twitter will guide you through the rest of the setup process. This completes the most basic Twitter business account setup.
